Clients Services Manager
Maintaining a high level of customer service is a definite priority for SEO Positive. We want to communicate with our customers as often as possible and have retained our great reputation thanks to our personable approach to campaign management.
Our Clients Services Manager acts as the first port of call for all SEO and PPC clients and is responsible for overseeing their entire promotional strategy. You will be responsible for the campaigns of a number of clients, working closely with their marketing department to outline objectives, develop a clear approach and manage expectations.
Reporting back to the Business Development Manager and our SEO and PPC specialists, you may also be required to structure proposals and strategy documents when necessary and will be comfortable communicating with clients via conferencing or online/offline presentations. Naturally, you will need to handle ad hoc queries, collate feedback and deal with grievances on a daily basis.
Skills / Experience
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate extensive experience within a similar account management role. A good telephone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential prerequisites for this role, as our clients expect a high standard of presentation at all times.
